provide the best computer equipment and service to our
customers. For the customers this means reliable equipment,
built with quality parts and support. Knowing all customer needs
are not the same, InterMedia 3, Inc. sells standard and custom
built computers. Both are assembled with the newest design and
components from established and reputable vendors. With the
constant changes in the computer industry, InterMedia 3, Inc.
knows its reputation is dependent on providing state of the art
equipment that can be easily serviced, upgraded and reconfigured
to accept additional components as your needs change. For this
reason, InterMedia 3, Inc. does not sell proprietary equipment
that limits your abilities to expand and requires you to have
your computer serviced by a specific vendor.
All our computers are sold with 3-5 year warranties with
in-house service or on-site service available. All warranties
are taken care of through InterMedia 3, Inc. so you don’t have
to worry about sending your computer away for service. You will
know the technicians working on your system and these same
people are available after the sale, should questions arise.
We also provide annual, quarterly, monthly & weekly computer
service contracts. Our technicians run maintenance checks on all
your computers: Virus scan, driver and program updates are just
a few of the many checks done on your machine. These services
are provided either at your facility or in our office.
